Foosball Lights (IU Wins!) - January style

I do like the sportsball from time to time. I may watch a segment or several if it's on the telescreen. Lately I just catch the highlights - mostly because there are other priorities happening or there is less remembering of game times happening.

This wild winter, the Indiana University Hoosiers won the College Football Playoff Championship in an impressive 16-0 record. There are tales told of the University's football program going from worst to undefeated in the last recent years, and remarkable athleticism and teamwork. It has been all the buzz at the workplace, a regional Indiana University campus without a football team.

My neighbors were kind enough to choose such IU-esque festive lights for our stretch of the neigborhood. Crimson & cream in the snowand glowing across to warm our window light.

We made it through the cold snap and the sick spell to whatever this wintry weekend holds. Please, be gentle, we've nary this year had weekend without some upheaval or emergency or exhaustion from the germs, nor since several weekends before Christmastimes.

This Lensbaby til / shift lens has perfectly captured my view of time and memory this year. There are sharpened areas but overall it's a bit smudgy though colorful.
